The Bloodied Blades
An organization of pure contempt and hatred for the 'unclean', the Bloodied Blades mark a unique and remarkable spot in The Assembly's log of orders. Headquartered in The Hallowed City itself, the Bloodied Blades are a unique, powerful, and utterly devoted order that seeks to spread, ensure devotion to, and instill with the word of Harbinger. Unique in thei devotion to the religion of their god, they very often work with The Church to further the aims of both parties, bringing power, wealth and glory to both organizations through their joint actions.
Established in the early years of The Empire as one of the first burgeoning orders of The Assembly, the Bloodied Blades would seek to establish their name as a ruthless destroyer of any impurity, corruption, and otherwise religious degradation of their god and his beliefs. Fanatical to a borderline extreme, the Bloodied Blades pursue their agenda of cleaning their enemies from the battlefield both physical and spiritually. Highly religious, devoted invidiuals, members of this order accept no heresy, no disgrace to what they percieve as their spiritual journey and purpose, that of being a warrior of Harbinger.
Despite their fanatacism, they are fiercly loyal warriors, friends, and fighters, allowing no will word to be spoken of their allies and friends. Willing to wade through the Abyss itself to rescue someone, they are noted as being some of the most steadfast, reliable defenders and allies one can note in the entire empire, despire their at time fanatical religious views.
Structure
The Bloodied Blades operate off of standard, normal structure that most Assembly orders operate off of, with the smae ranking and such. The only major difference here is the rank of Inquisitor-Zealot, a unique rank attributed only to the order master of the Bloodied Blades, a rank that currently belongs to Inquisitor-Zealot Mekrila Lanvys.
Culture
The order of the Bloodied Blades is one of extreme religious devotion to Harbinger and The Empire itself. Revering not just Harbinger but the empire he has created, the Bloodied Blades are noted to be extreme devotees of The Church and everything relating to Harbinger, including worshipping The Immortals as essentially demi-gods of war divinely ordained by Harbinger himself to carry out his will. Immortal General Shakan is noted as being another source of genuine, pure worship amongst the Bloodied Blades as they see him as the direct disciple of Harbinger who has divine powers associated with him.
Public Agenda
The public agenda of the Bloodied Blades is simple, ensure The Empire's safety, security, and future from threats foreign and domestic.
Assets
The Bloodied Blades, noted in their extremely long history of over a milennia, have had and do have extreme amounts of resources they can bring to bare. Armies on retainer capable of being summoned at will that could conquer sections of continents, their contacts in the religious sector allows them to obtain even more religious, cleric type zealt soldiers to bolster and reinforce their ranks. They have access to incredible wealth and resources that few orders can rarely counter.
