Mekrila Lanvys

Mekrila Lanvys is the current reigning Order Master of the Bloodied Blades order of The Assembly. A woman born in The Hallowed City and having grown up, been taught, and fully believing in the order of The Empire and such similar structures, she is a proud human supremacist. Believing Harbinger to be a human beneath his armor, she believes that from this understanding humans are the most closely aligned form to Harbinger himself and therefore the most exceptional, worthy species of people.    A virulently unapologetic human supremacist, Mekrila has advocated for such policies as a 'total ban upon interspecial marriage and breeding', a 'complete ban upon Tiefling and Aasimar presence in Imperial cities', a 'cleansing purge of the Godless Peninsula to genocide the unclean peoples there and reclaim the land for the Empire', the 'total establishment of a human supremacist government in Setrak', the 'establishment of a new government agency that gives dwarves and elves a serial number tattoo, tracking chip, and separate documents showing their citizenry as a different caste of lesser people than humans.'   Even inside The Empire and The Assembly itself she has been marked as a dangerously violent psychopath who has control of one of the objectively strongest and most unhinged Orders in all of The Assembly. As such, she is one of the most commonly appeased, applied to, and entreated Order Masters of The Assembly due to her power. Given great strength amongst her colleagues, Mekrila has kept The Assembly and The Empire in a state of alarm versus her perceived threats to The Empire such as The Vanguard, the Cult of Veritas, Tieflings, Aasimar, Gnolls, and more that she consistently brings to the fore of her floor discussions.    For even the accepted species of Genasi, Furbolg, Shadar-Kai, Drow, and more are an affront to common sense, basic, normal Imperial law that should be fixed as soon as possible. An advocate for mass deporation, marking, internment and even mass killing of these species, Mekrila is an unappologetic, brutal, and ruthless leader that literally takes no prisoners when it comes to these people. Notes as having one of the highest ratios of human, elf, or dwarf kill ratios versus that of any other species, she is marked even amongst her colleagues as an extremist who would rather burn Setrak to the ground and kill the Emperor herselft than allow an unclean 'worm' to 'disgrace' the grounds of the holy capital itself.    A skilled warrior, tactician, and politician, Mekrila arrived at her position due to pure cunning and ingenuity, gaming the system against her former mentor and ruling commander, Teras Yetal. Noted as being highly proficient in unarmed and handgun-blade type combat along with proficiency in fire based magic and explosive chesmitry, she is granted her title as a master warrior and fearless combatant who is more than willing to die on the sword for Harbinger's Empire.   Violently speciesist, Mekrila has been known to execute minority species and the 'lesser worms' for minor infractions. She has hosted mass stake burnings in The Hallowed City, coordinated massive pogroms and hate mobs against kidnapped and shipped in Tieflings and Aasimar, personally tortured the Unclean herself with blade and bullet, and even rumors of sexual abuse permeate her retinue and staff against the 'unclean'.    Ruling for just about a decade, she has overseen some of the most extreme bills and motions pass into The Assembly general vote to be passed towards The Council, such as the 'Unclean Voting Restriction Act' or the UVRA, which would see any voting rights for any people but humans, elves, and dwarves stripped. The 'Total Interspecial Breeding Ban' or TIBB which would ban anyone from marrying and reproducing with another of a different species. The 'Xenoplanar Cleansing Act', or XCA which essentially called for a world wide genocide of 'Tiefling, Aasimar, Fey, and other disgusting, putrid, and abhorrent abominations that corrupt our beautiful empire with every breath they take.' The 'Jarentasar Cleansing Act', which would put to the sword hundreds of thousands of elves and dwarves, the 'Imperical Special Science Board', which would create a board of scientists and intelligent indivdiduals to study the differences between and ultimately the 'great superiority' that humans had over any other people regarding their brains, genes, and other such subjects. She has advocated for eugenics, breeding mixed species individuals with pure humans to 'purify' the bloodline back to pure human. She brought forth the 'Unclean Reproduction Reduction' bill, or the URR, calling for what essentially amounts to a mass castration of 'unclean' peoples in The Empire.    While being pandered to in public, in private she is often ridiculed as being quite frankly, one of the most insane Order Masters to ever have control over such a powerful Order. She is known as a dangerous, hyper-violent extremist who is only held in check by general Imperial Law governed from the Imperial Parlaiment and common sense action. A noted dangerous, radical Inquisitor, she is regarded with fear, hatred, and disgust amongst many of her fellow Assembly members for her insane, psychotic, and unhinged opinions. A casual user of slurs, denegrations, degradations, and insults of species, she is absolutely unapologetic in her beliefs that humans are the dominant people in The Empire.
