Norisha Reklo, often referred to as the Father of The Assembly, was the founder of the Eyes of Harbinger, and the first Grand Inquisitor of The Assembly. A human male of a dark and confusing past, none are quite sure exactly who or what Norisha was as none have ever seen his face, nor if he even existed or was an idea or rumor created by other members of The Eyes. A thousand years is a long time, more than enough for someone who was the leader of an infamous spy organization to disappear from all history. It is said that Norisha is one of the only other individuals of note that emerged from the portal to 'The Other' with Harbinger at the head of his army of Immortals.
Norisha was believed to be a human psychic of utterly incredible power, able to disappear both through magic and the alteration of a victims perception. This enabled him to enact some of the most daring, unbelievable, and impressive feats of spycraft.
Norisha disappeared from 'public' eye soon after assuming the title of Grand Watcher, the first title for leader of the Inquisition. He was never seen again after this, and is believed to have been long since dead, but none are quite sure...

Personal history
Norisha was a notorious liar, deceptive in nature and utterly untrusting of any but Harbinger himself. He has stated to close confidants that he came from another world with Harbinger simply referred to by him as 'The Other'. There is no corroborative evidence to prove this claim. Otherwise, almost any of his other personal details that were offered by him were told differently to another source, making a murky and otherwise untenable portrait of this individual.
Accomplishments & Achievements
The Grand Watcher, Lead Eye, and head spymaster for Harbinger during and after the Wars of Consolidation. Spearheaded multiple intelligence gathering, sabotage, and assassination operations that lead to the downfall of entire nations without having to result in a single battle being fought.
