Hylif
Hylif is the name given to the energy that flows around the world.
Those with sufficient will power and training can manipulate the hylif to create various effects through the process of magic.
Manifestation
In some rare instances, hylif can manifest visually if it is concentrated enough. In these cases, it appears as an ethered form fading at its borders, than can look like the simplest object such as a sphere, or a much more complex one like a highly detailed body. Its color can also be of any kind, and is able to move freely in all directions even through solid objects.
To this day, the reasonbehind those differences remains unknown.
