Archmaster
The Order of the Grandmasters does not possess an undisputed leader; the convocation is highly decentralized and democratic, with each member acting on their own volition, and critical collective decisions taken according to majority rule.
Historically, the order was far more active in operations throughout the Land of the Three Kingdoms, and this was no more the case than during the Theft of Souls. In times when the Grandmasters carried their staves into battle, it was their custom to appoint one of their own as a sort of commander, who would carry the title of Archmaster as a symbol of the order's collective authority.
As history progressed, the title gained increasingly negative connotations, and no Archmaster has been appointed in over a millennium.
