Demons
In the great multiverse of worlds, Demons will always exist. While the demons of Elthelas are long gone, Materia has its own demonic creatures, dwelling in their own version of The Abyss. Or perhaps it is just another piece of the limitless Abyss that connects to Materia. Nevertheless, while The Abyss of Elthelas was ruled by a host of demon lords all constantly seeking escape to destroy the Material, in Materia, it is ruled by Abyssinia, who, while she loves to experiment with her own creations of chaos and destruction, has little interest in the Material plane.
