Morrigun-class Frigate
The Morrigun-class Frigate is a class of ship created by a handful of human colonies within the Terminus Systems during a period of strife between the Alliance, Hegemony, and that of the greater Citadel Space. As such, very few of these warships have ever been built. Its design strays from the standard Alliance construction templates quite a bit, resembling an odd fusion of human, batarian, and turian naval designs. The end product is a powerful frigate that can hold its own against most Citadel starships of its class, while being able to punch above its weight and outmaneuver larger vessels, despite its bulky hull.
The Morrigun-classes are fitted with drive cores technically too large for their spaceframes, due to them being spread across three separate units just like the primary thrusters. This distributed system allows the Morrigun-class to outperform even smaller vessels in tight maneuvering.
