Maris

Gigantic beings known as leviathans rule vast regions of the sea, acting as living forces of nature that can be worshipped, feared, or bargained with. Pirates thrive across trade routes and hidden coves, while the Marine enforces strict law and order from fortified islands, often with brutal efficiency.

Maris is a world of freedom and oppression, wonder and terror. Ancient civilizations lie drowned beneath the waves, and every voyage promises treasure, discovery, or destruction. Those who dare to sail its waters may one day change the balance of power, if the sea does not claim them first.
