Ichtaca Francisco is the man who defeated bland food with a talking dog and mexican street food. He was born in Toluca, Mexico in 1938. He grew up in Mexico City and worked at various restaurants in his teen years. After a short stint in the army from 1954 - 1957, he founded Chalupa Perro, which at the time was nothing more than a street food stand, known for tamales and crispy chalupas. Under his leadership, Chalupa Perro spread across Mexico and into the United States (as Taco Doggo), and eventually to over a dozen countries across the world. This man single-handedly rewrote the book on running fast food restaurants in this world.
Originally he was a rather public figure, doing numerous appearances over the years, but starting in the 80's, he started to live a notoriously private life. Whenever he is seen, and no matter the picture you have of him stretching through his entire life, he is always seen with a dog by his side, specifically a Xoloitzcuintli. Stories say a stray Xolo wandered up to his food stand in the 50's and he adopted it as his first company mascot. He has outlived half a dozen dogs at this point, and rumors say that is why he has slowly become more withdrawn over the years, that he believed himself to be is cursed to outlive his friends.

Information: SPC-DOG-184 is a known Shard of DIV-AZT-009, also known as Xolotl. Subject has been in hiding for many decades and controls the flesh puppet known as Ichtaca Francisco. SPC-DOG-184 has yet to show any signs of hostility or activating divine power, but Protocol Smoke and Mirror may be activated to neutralize him if he ever refuses to comply with foundation orders. Beneath the skin of Ichtaca Francisco lies a creature far older than the nation of Mexico, even older than many of the myths of men. Standing just over a meter tall at the shoulder, his true form resembles a sleek, ash and tan Xoloitzcuintli with glassy amber eyes. Poyotl is not a god, at least not a fully realized one. Instead he is a Shard of Xolotl, just a mere fragment of the whole god, with his own personality and preferred appearance. He is one of just seven six known Shards of Xolotl remaining on Earth.
After Xolotl's various shards all scattered and stopped doing their soul-guiding job around five hundred years ago, Poyotl wandered the high deserts of Mexico until he found another shard, Tlilchicoatl. The two were like brothers. In the late 1950's, they founded Chalupa Perro together, taking turns controlling their puppet / fake human owner Ichtaca, or sometimes just using a little of their divine power and shapeshifting into humans themselves and running their fast food empire that way. Life was good.
When Tlilchicoatl died in the early 1980's, Ichtaca became withdrawn and bitter. He still runs the Taco Doggo empire, but does it entirely by controlling his puppet. He rarely talks as himself, and doesn't use even the tiniest sliver of his divine power unless he is in the presence of a DDDF agent.
