Ratfolk
Society
Ratfolk are often persecuted by large sections of the Great Races and they especially hate and are hated by the surface elves. They do often get along with most of the other beast races, but are willing to use them if given the opportunity. Ratfolk can be found all across the world, but are more common in large cities.

Rodentkin: They gain +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, and –2 Strength.
Tinker: Ratfolk gain a +2 racial bonus on Craft (alchemy), Perception, and Use Magic Device checks.
Rodent Empathy: Ratfolk gain a +4 racial bonus on Handle Animal checks made to influence rodents.
Darkvision: Ratfolk can see perfectly in the dark up to 60 feet.

Ratfolk are small rat-like humanoids.
Ratfolk range in color from black, gray, brown, and white.
