Druid Circle Shrine

A shrine created by the druids of the Dual Suns. A circular shrine made of white marble. On either side of the shrine is a large statue of an elven knight. On one side, is a large statue of a woman with flowing hair and outstreched arms. In one hand she holds a yellow orb which seems to shine with the light of the sun.

Purpose / Function

This shrine was created as a way for the druids of the dual suns to teach their diciples and a place to pass on their traditions.

Design

Circular space with a 65ft diameter interior.

Entries

There is a singular entrace which is hidden and sealed by magical means behind the woman statue. The door can only be opened by a druid of the Dual Suns wielding the power of both.

Sensory & Appearance

The room is lit by several fire sconces on pillars about the room.

Denizens

Now the home to a Couatl simply called This One.

Contents & Furnishings

Across the walls on the inside are murals dedicated to the rituals to the Sun. Upon entry, to the left, is a large yellow sun inset into the marble floor, above which is a split mural depicting a riitual to the sun at its height at solstice.
To the right of the entrance is a similar sun, but made of pure black. Above the balck sun, is a mural depicting the sun and moon transition lingering on the eclipse in the center.

Valuables

3 chests were hidden within the room as a means of camoflauging the staff from any would be looters.

Hazards & Traps

2 of the hidden chests are trapped.

Special Properties

Despite being a sealed room with only a single door, there is a constant breeze which flows through the room bringing with it the smell of spring's fresh berries, and the sound of rustling leaves. Magic affects are dampened within the room.

Architecture

A circular building with white marble brick walls and a smooth white marble dome. Around the perimiter are periodic columns adorning the outside as well as supporting the dome.
