Avner
Reputedly a southern wonder-worker and an emissary of Koshchei the Deathless in Luzhinsk . He currently makes his home in the leatherworkers' compound in that city. There are reasons to believe that he has something to do with the disappearance of children in Luzhinsk, because one child's shirt was detected in the compound. However, Avner spoke with Hrefna , and denied this, and asked her to explain his position to Prince Yaropolk Rostislavovich .
