The Silver Bullets
Lupines Beware
History
Formed after the Expulsion, when most Werewolves were expelled from Noxtton, by Prince Menshkov and then Sheriff Jeremiah Lynch, this Coterie specializes in hunting Lupines that dare break their treaty and enter the city. Each member is a skilled and veteran vampire, that cut their teeth in the Expulsion, gaining the necessary experience to hunt Lupines, essentially acting as a sort of Black Ops unit within the city, under the command of the Sheriff.
Their members are:
Andrew "Woodsman" McGuiness: Ventrue and leader of the Coterie, he is an experienced commander, having fought in the American Civil War before being Embraced. He excels in small unit tactics and ambushes, all coming from his experience as a Union Jayhawker, and his distaste for the Garou only enhances his record against them. He usually fights with a cane-sword and his revolver, the first one silvered in the entirety of the blade, and the second firing Silver Bullets. In combat McGuiness always makes sure that his victims receive as much pain as he can dish out, collecting pelts or, "trophies" as he likes to call them. McGuiness also maintains contacts in the NPD, either to help look for Lupines in the city, but he also maintains a retinue of ghouls, all Union Jaywhawkers in his unit, that act as extra manpower in confrontations with Lupines. He usually arms these Ghouls like a SWAT team, with Kevlar/Plate Carriers, and Assault weapons, all armed with Silver Bullets.
Lucinda "Coyote" Rambeau: A Gangrel savage who acquired a taste for Lupine blood during her time as a Camarilla and enhanced during her time as an Anarch. Her savagery knows no bounds and has almost broken the Masquerade, twice, only being saved by her coterie-mates. McGuiness however, likes her this way, seeing her as his "Tip of the Spear" in any assault they make. She is also not a mindless brute, each strike calculated and thought on, she only looses herself sometimes in the fun, but her mind is focused as crystal during combat.
Der Freischütz: The Malkavian of the bunch, and a odd one as well, no one knows his real name, with only his monicker "Der Freischütz", german for The Marksman, being known. He claims to be a veteran of the Second World War, tho his jacket has a 82nd Airborne patch, and his knowledge of even earlier events makes his origin still a mistery. But what isn't a mistery is his skills as a Sniper, providing overwatch from afar, with his silver bullet filled 50.cal Barrett, while his coterie-mates engage werewolves up close. He also cares for a wolf he ghouled he simply calls, "Judge", due to his ability to sniff Lupines from a crowd.
