Biography: Formed as a diplomatic experiment between the Camarilla and the Anarchs, the original group consisted of Frankie Osbourne (Tremere), Sky Hunter (Brujah) and Tadano (Nosferatu). They were a special task-force created by Prince Menshkov himself in 2018.

Their first act as a cohesive unit was to investigate a number of murders that occurred in the night of June 5th, 2018. The trio discovered the locations of the murders, who turned out to actually be the previous Hounds, the Sheriff's assistants, who were murdered by a Diablerist Gangrel named Alistair. Further down the line, the group recruited the Sheriff's Ghoul, the detective Matthew Kowalski, and convinced him that something was amiss. The group then saved the detective's life when Alistair, on orders from the Sheriff himself, attempted to kill the ghoul and silence his questions, but he was saved by a timely intervention by the trio and the arrival of the Gargoyle Andronikus, the last Hound. The group followed the Gargoyle, after uncovering the hideout of the murderer and dealing with paid gangbangers tasked by the Sheriff to destroy the hideout.

After conveying with the last Hound, the trio ambushed the murderer in a Blood Bank, on the north of town, staking him after a grueling battle. During their inquiry, Frankie, now the new Domitor of Kowalski, tasked the detective with discovering the cellphone used by Alistair and who communicated with him. The polish uncovered the phone belonged to none other than the Sheriff himself, Jeremiah Lynch, and shared that intel with the trio, who unmasked the traitor in front of the court. Lynch tried desperately attacking the neonates, but was intercepted by the Assamite Ishamel, who blinded him with his swords.

At the end of the night, the group was awarded the title of Hounds to the new Sheriff, Ishamel, enjoying recognition and respect very seldom afforded to neonates. But their adventures were far from over.

During Halloween Night, 2021, Prince Menshkov was to throw a party with everyone of Court attending. But Faust, the Tremere Seneschal, called the Hounds for a favor, asking them to retrieve a wooden box that was held up in Customs, it was supposed to be a present for the Prince. After making their way to the warehouse, they encountered and dealt with a Thin-Blood mercenary, trying to steal the box, but he was dealt with easily. After delivering the box, and beginning to enjoy the festivities, the Ghoul Charon said there was a problem with "refreshments", which were late. The group went downstairs and found only a nervous lookout, which, after some clever Discipline use, was revealed to be part of a set up.

The set up became apparent when a vampire was thrown off a window in the penthouse, where the party was taking place, landing on a car just was Kowalski was pulling up. The Hounds immediately went up, only to see a battle going on between the attendees and a shovelhead group that had snuck in, taking them by surprise. The trio immediately joined the fray, ensuring their acquaintances were kept safe. After the battle, it was discovered that the Prince had gone missing.
