Andrew "Woodsman" McGuiness
A Ventrue and leader of the Silver Bullets coterie, he is an experienced commander, having fought in the American Civil War before being Embraced. He excels in small unit tactics and ambushes, all coming from his experience as a Union Jayhawker, and his distaste for the Garou only enhances his record against them. He usually fights with a cane-sword and his revolver, the first one silvered in the entirety of the blade, and the second firing Silver Bullets. In combat McGuiness always makes sure that his victims receive as much pain as he can dish out, collecting pelts or, "trophies" as he likes to call them.
McGuiness also maintains contacts in the NPD, either to help look for Lupines in the city, but he also maintains a retinue of ghouls, all Union Jaywhawkers in his old unit, that act as extra manpower in confrontations with Lupines. He usually arms these Ghouls like a SWAT team, with Kevlar/Plate Carriers, and Asault weapons, all armed with Silver Bullets.
