Rotenkapi ('ro-ten 'ka-pi)
The rotenkapi are a group of people from the Nuran Bati that are specifically trained in healing. They are sent by the Suganuran goverment to heal people in the whole country. Each roten has a different route, and every ten years they may request a different route. They do not always get one.
