South Harelstone
South Harelstone is the third most populous city on Tersten, and serves as the corporate hold on the planet. Established in the late 22nd century, various corporations exploited a loophole in Tersten's legal system, allowing them to establish a semi-autonomous region. As a result, South Harelstone has developed mostly independently from the rest of the planet. While recent attempts to connect the city via magnetic rail has seen some success, the city is still relatively distant to the rest of Tersten Civilization. It is connected via the South Harelstone Spaceport, as well as transport infrastructure to Port John.
