Repairs and Preparations

  Upon defeating Father Osmium, the party collected itself and returned to the surface as the cavern began to crack and fill with freezing water. Although his spirit seems to have survived his engorged body was slain, and Father Osmium is nowhere to be found.
Returning to the Anchor and Othmoore Second-son, the party gathered about to come up with a solution to repair the anchor and prevent the island from sinking further. Once the vampiric wards had been removed the sinking had slowed but the island was still returning to the icy waters below as the anchor had been irreparably damaged. At least, by mortal hands.
Flerg attempted to reach out to his new found Patron and instead discovred facts about himself and his connection to this being, the shape of a shadowy demon that once assaulted and murdered Flerg in a dream spoke before him, explaining the connection between them was forged when he broke his oath and murdered the undeserving. Splitting his concious in two as punishment, one good one evil. Managing to channel through the evil entity of his hellish birth he managed to connect with the good in him and repair the necortic damage done to the anchor, resecuring the island in place.
Upon securing the island, and recieving some guidance from Othmoore to head north to Wakehead Cay, in search of Zael and possibly survivors from Lamware. The party decided perhaps to secure the city entirely before heading North, incase any stragglers or goods where left behind that may go to waste.
Checking through the local inn and general store the party gathered what little supplies they could before encountering Lyle, the half elf sailor who had collected a fair amount of warm clothing, jewelry and goods from the houses. With some..."convincing" by Ramiel, Lyle agreed to split his gains from the houses to secure safe passage to Wakehead Cay, where he hopes to find passage back to the mainland of Breayea.
As nightfall grew darker, the party decided to rest on the Hemmingway and take a look at the lighthouse first thing in the morning.
