The Cantabrian Wavecutter is a close cousin of the Galician Wavebreaker and its habitat comprehends the Northern coast of Spain, near the Atlantic Ocean. It's been tamed for hundreds of years now because of its air and water speed and is valuable by the military though it has no special abilities. Its endurance is legendary; it's said that a Cantabrian Wavecutter traveled once from South Africa to Argentina through the African, European, Artic and American coast in only seven days. It's not the most wanted dragon though since its lack of fire or other abilities.
