Qualifications
They must be born strong in body with a caring heart. Have to show they have telepathy able to speak in the Rásen or Nímari minds.
Requirements
The cub will have to pass a survival test in the wilds. They must born to a mystical and zálo's blood.
Appointment
If the orginal Zálo passed then the older cub takes over. The ceremony allows the nearby packs to know who is zálo.
Duties
They must care for the pack's morale, giving charity to the other beasts' packs, and guide the cubs or kits on social etiquette.
Responsibilities
Their responsibilites are leading the pack in migration have them follow the best routes, during hunts coordinating strategies to have the pack work efficiently, and maintains pack cohesion in managing conflicts.
Benefits
Respect and power from the other beasts along with Rásen and Nímari. Protection and better territories to hunt upon for their pack.
Accoutrements & Equipment
The zálo will have a color splash on their limb visible to others symbolizing their status.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
They will be remove or dismiss when they die in a fight, growing an elderly age, and abandon their pack for no reason.
History
In Tháren Láron a daring vexra beast untied the vexras packs to fight the Rásen for the wilds. The pack realize they needed a alpha to lead them through the storming era. From the Tháren Láron the title was used to show the alpha's strength in the pack.
Cultural Significance
The cultural aspect of the title showing the beast has the strength to lead their packs. Rásen and Nímari realizes the packs are like their own cultures. Kin and beasts are similar in promoting inclusivity and diversity.
Their title is equal to a Rásen's Liege or Nímari's Speaker for both have the strength to lead their kin.
