Guo Jing

Guo Jing was born in Wuhan, China, in 1984, during a time of significant societal transformation. The 1980s marked a period of intellectual awakening in China, as the country emerged from the oppressive years of the Cultural Revolution. Despite the broader changes in society, Guo Jing’s upbringing was far from liberating. His father, a high-ranking general in the Chinese military, was a strict traditionalist who rejected the intellectual freedom of the time. His mother, a fleeting presence in his life, had little influence. Instead, Guo Jing’s existence was shaped by his father’s domineering control.   As a "miracle child," Guo Jing was groomed to be a symbol of his father’s power and prestige. His childhood was a mixture of public admiration and private torment, as he was pushed to excel in classical music, martial arts, and academics. His father’s demands were relentless, and the emotional and physical abuse he endured left deep scars. Guo Jing’s achievements only served to tighten his father’s grip on him, and by the time he was 21, his resentment reached a boiling point. In a decisive act of rebellion, Guo Jing killed his father and fled to Japan, severing all ties with his past.   Upon arriving in Japan, Guo Jing sought refuge in the criminal underworld, where he quickly rose through the ranks. Initially joining the Flower Triads, his extreme methods, including torture and psychological manipulation, led to his expulsion. Undeterred, Guo Jing found a new purpose within the White Tiger Triad, where he became the Sin Fung of the Northern branch. His leadership style is characterized by cold efficiency, focusing on brutal and public standout assassinations while causing as much suffering as possiable to the target.   Guo Jing is a man of contradictions. Outwardly calm and composed, he maintains a professional demeanor and speaks in measured tones. Beneath this facade, however, he struggles with the psychological scars of his past. His sense of humor is macabre, and he derives satisfaction from the suffering of his enemies, though he operates by a strict moral code. To him, assassination is a necessary tool, not an act of malice. He ensures that his targets are eliminated swiftly and with respect for their death.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Guo Jing is a striking figure, with sharp, angular features and a lean, athletic build sculpted by years of martial arts training. His long, unruly black hair frames a face marked by a permanent scowl, and his piercing brown eyes reflect a deep inner turmoil. A neatly trimmed beard enhances his imposing presence, while the faint scars on his hands and forearms tell the story of a violent past. His attire blends traditional Chinese elegance with modern practicality, often consisting of intricately embroidered robes over tactical gear. This combination symbolizes his connection to both his heritage and his dangerous profession.
