Land train to Gracetown

Previously on Land train to Saburra.   That it took over 1500 years for the next land train to be produced is a marvel in urban planning not underutilised within Levis ever before. Akin to never having any two story buildings within Levis, it was the 'current' Solaris royal court looking at the vast scrubland of the Solaris interior and the desertification happening and rejecting the premise wholecloth. Transport was secondary to the translocation of the Land Train technology, the nutrient rich biocycle of the train the more pressing matter, with information being gifted to the people around the winding path the vehicle was set out for.   The land trains of Levis follow a spell-path, drawing in the magics around them and pushing out a mass of steam laced with airbourne nutrients. As the area around the Land train's path has bloomed back into life, the wildlife that had migrated up from the deserts east of Saburra have had to fight against the wildlife that has migrated from the colder southern climes, and the forests that vein through Saburra.   The train itself is nothing new technology wise, barely even incorporating the bio-vines that light up many things these days, and its path is the uninspired path between Gracetown and the Amphitheatre of Knowledge. This is not to say that the path has not been helpful - both in the transport of goods, and in the expansion of knowledge and people. Nor is it to say that townlets have not sprung up along its route, little eco-towns with almost teeming biospheres, built to till the soil and bring life to the clay and chalk sands. Just that the train itself was never the goal, though this route is a shining light for more development across Levis.

I really like that the train has had some amazing influence on the area surrounding it, with the wildlife.
