The Connoisseurs dominate Lethe's criminal 'landscape.' They specialize in the theft of notable fragments, relics, and of valuable memories. Some of these goods are bought and sold illegally while some lords of the Connoisseurs amass a wealth for their own pleasure. The Librari aggressively target the activities of the Connoisseurs in New Recern but the group continues to work inside the city.
