Eye of Dread

Eye of Dread is a term used to describe the region of central Avistan most heavily impacted by the newly ascendant Tar-Baphon, and includes Lake Encarthan (and the Isle of Terror), the orc homeland of Belkzen, militaristic Molthune, fiercely independent Nirmathas, the newly emergent hobgoblin nation of Oprak, haunted Ustalav, and of course, the Gravelands (formerly the nation of Lastwall).
