Smilers

The northwestern region of Scrapwall is the territory of the Smilers. These thugs are not well-loved by any of Scrapwall's denizens, but they're particularly hated by Redtooth's Raiders, with whom they are in an ongoing conflict. This conflict is somewhat ironic, as the cannibalistic Smilers aren't particularly interested in the Ratfolk as a source of food.
