Tena Liter
Tena, a female Trailai, is the House Rai'ain Colonial Advisor and member of the Dometown Transitional Authority triumvirate. She has shown herself to be a wise negotiator who seems to heavily favor the Minans, but mostly on practical value: it's their world. She was appointed to the position because of her stellar record and the fact that she was (well, still is) the Chief Colonial Engineer, responsible for day to day support of the colony and life as the people know it. Her position was a little more important than most planetside colonies because of their dependence upon the dome and external resources.
