Club Thracian is where people go who want to see something visceral, bloody and dangerous all at once. It is in essence an arena of blood sports; usually various forms of mixed martial arts though on rare occasions there are special events held for the club's more discerning members.

On the surface the structure appears to be one of many of the large, red block warehouses, suitably pitted with age, decorated with gang graffiti and other tags to make it blend in with its surrounds. There is minimal parking and most clientele arrive either via a taxi or ride sharing service.

Once through the side entrance, after a screening by security, patrons enter into the lower level which consists of a fight ring in the centre, raised seating arranged around the ring as well as several drink and food concessions. This is where the bulk of Club Thracian's clientele go. There are also several book makers who work the crowd taking bets on the bouts, usually before fighting begins.

There are also two elevators, one that goes up to a second level and the other which goes down, into the bowels of the city, into the lost and forbidden areas where few dare to tread. It is in these areas that Madame Terror and her minions keep the horrors, things created by the ancients Lazarene's that would curdle any sane person's stomach.

These entities are used to provide entertainment for the patrons of the second level. As well as being stored in the 'bowels' there is a large space in which they can be moved to in order to fight, a second underground fight ring. Sometimes these things fight it out against each other, sometimes they are pitted against wild animals and on rare occassions, they are unleased on people. Usually those who have crossed Madame Terror or her allies.

The second level is not as big as the first, but it is still spacious. Here is a luxury bar & restaurant with screens linked to cameras in the bowels. Patrons can if they feel so inclined to enjoy a meal, a drink and watch a fight, the screens also link to the first floor fights as well. There is also a small dance floor and DJ booth & stage, On rare occasions exclusive acts have been known to perform for Madame Terror and her favoured patrons.

Madame Terror has been able to continue this operation for as long as she has due to her network of bribed officials, corporate allies and underworld partners. The Party and the Department of Internal Security (OVB) know of the club and its activities yet they are compromised. Though with the last mayoral election there has been a shake up in the Party, a new mayor is planning big things and one of those things is an end to Madame Terror...
