The Neo-Mortals
The Neo-Mortals are a state-sponsored civilian militia organization set on furthering development of cybernetics and biotech. They are in active hostility against the Puritans and have both Government and Corporate backing. With seats in Congress, the Neo-Mortals are able to pass legislation furthering research and development of cyber-tech. Because of their military focus, they are actively employing ex-military personal and any able-bodied man or woman willing to pick up a weapon and fight. They also have access to bleeding edge robotics and regularly show off AI-Driven Mechanized Soldiers. The Neo-Mortals are swiftly becoming a full-fledged military sub-branch because of their successes in warfare and public appeal.
