The Holy Dominican Empire
The locations:
Emperor's Palace: A palace where Chris is resided. His parents also reside here. He keeps the most of his stuff here, though he has a emergency vault. He also has his weapons here. This area is closed to visitors. It is a huge castle. When he enters, everyone bows. He is so important that he is constantly watched over by the Dominica Royal Family. Around him is VERY high level security. The Empress' Suite: A place in the palace where the empress and other high level royals are allowed. This houses the family legacy books and its history. This contains the security core. The doors are always guarded by female guardians, no males. The empress made that rule to make her chamber like herself. It is one of the rooms under CONSTANT watch. The Emperor's Suite: A place in the palace where the emperor sleeps and plays games in his free time. This houses the family legacy artifacts and its riches. This contains the emperor's diary, which has been read by others. This place is not open to visitors. This is protected by security cameras and god-tier beams. It is under complete watch and the emperor is always watched. Main Hall: The main hall and the throne room where tables are usually placed. In events where the emperor is absent, the prime prince is in charge. This is the room with the least security, and royal guards hang out in this area. The royal guards have their own quarters, but that is not really important. Planning Hall: The room where the emperor meets and plans with people. This room is very protected especially when the emperor is there. If you mess with the emperor, you will get destroyed. The room is also for planning diplomatic relations. Grand Kitchen: A massive kitchen where food is cooked for the royals. It consists of a lot of things, too much to really describe. The cooks and maids help cook. Not really a special room and is locked behind a key. Dining Room: The royals' dining room. If the planning room is not a option, then they go here. The food from the kitchen is tested, then served. The Princes Bedroom: A sub room in the Emperors suite. The prince sleeps in his own room and has his own things. This room is extremely watched over, and the guards are there 24/7. Its very hard to get in there without fighting the guards. The Princess' Bedroom: A sub room in the Empress' suite. The princess sleeps in her own bedroom with the empress. This room is one of the most heavily guarded and its guarded by robot angels, who are incredibly durable. The princess hosts parties here as well.
Structure
The lowest are the Gents, who take care of citizen affairs.
The second lowest are the Dukes and Duchesses, who rule small towns and provinces in Dominica.
The middle is Princess/Prince, the sons and daughters of the emperor and empress who take care of the capital and are very important people.
The highest is Crown Prince/Princess, in which they are VERY IMPORTANT and they take care of about everything, they have their own little kingdoms and everything..
The absolute is the emperor/empress, who is like a god to the people.
Culture
Their culture is inspired by Britain, however it is mostly related to partying and stuff like that. (IDK, Its 11 PM for me here I'm tired) Sometimes they would rely on the gods, who are NOT powered by belief. For a long time, abuse was outlawed, some extremists want to push that away, but the monarchy said no.
Public Agenda
They want to protect their empire from the evils of ToadWorld.....and maybe conquer to make their land bigger. For example in 1953 AD, they conquered Britannia. Then until 2020 AD, they had to deal with an alien empire named the Planet Name Empire. Then they had to deal with the Church of Serafina.
Assets
They have the greatest army, hackers, and equipment in the ToadWorld universe...They have access to everyones data, and the factions fear them. Sometimes the God Emperor is seen fighting with literal gods.
History
He needed a empire to call his own.
He appointed 7 rulers of his empires, with him at its center.
He knew 3 of the rulers, his Military commander, foreign relations and Justice Enigma.
It was time for his castle. His castle went above the sky, having bridges and connectors. It would be a constitutional AND absolute monarchy.
He was always the ruler and he would always be.
His capital would be Santo Domingo. There was over 1 billion people waiting for his reply. The law would be simple and posted everywhere.
Saying his is me. I wish for a empire. I had a dream. A dream where I was everything.

Dominica itself is a giant territory. The lands outside, mostly near Dominica and on the Eventry border are Ancestral lands.
Technological Level
Their technology level would be comparable to the Alien Civlization of the Planet Name. Some say that the military are also armed with angelic guns and gear, and while it might be true, only the gods know.
Religion
Some people in Dominica practice Serafinaism, the belief in the Absolute Goddess Serafina. The truth is, these gods are in a giant game of Chess, in which they are constantly fighting. Serafina herself is a motherly and fair goddess, although she is not without her doubts. The God Emperor when he was young defied her, and thus happened the interaction.
Foreign Relations
The Dominicans mostly get along with everyone but the Usagi Monarchy. Something about their leaders being complete jerks to eachother than lusting about eachother later. Usagi Meido, before becoming Queen of the Usagi, had a giant crush on the Crown Prince. A cross kingdom monarch romance was considered taboo, so they would have to keep it to themselves. They pretend to hate eachother, but secretly, they love eachother. When dealing with trade deals and things like that, it goes well.
With SAKURA, they have a mostly cordial relationship.
Education
Everyone basically gets a free education in Dominica, and it is mandatory until the person is 16. Some, like the God Emperor, are so intelligent, that they sometimes can teach without having to become a teacher.
Infrastructure
The Dominican Empire itself has beautiful giant and clean cities with almost no poor people, and it is a giant beautiful palace, almost described to be heaven itself.

Dominica is responsible for exporting oil, wheat, ruby, and other resources such as paper, ink, archangel ruby, geminite, and magical essences. It also is the only country with a stable economy during the war with Planet Name.

The empire is powered by the Body of the Emperor, which makes laws. Yes, it functions like the American Constitution but the other party cannot accuse you of a crime without proper evidence. The body itself is made of 300 people, with only one party.
Judicial Body
In the Empire, they have something called the Tronblades. These people are responsible for the laws and carry them out, after the Body of the Emperor approves them.
