Prince Walter V Reneros Veranic, 38th in line to the Vranic Throne and Block E Jailor (a.k.a. Walt)
A half-Elven man who looks to be in the equivilant of his very early 30s. Walt is the jailor of Block E and is in charge of the odds and ends type prisoners in the Fringe. Unlike most of the jailors of the Fringe, Walt is civil and personable to his inmates. He seems to have a friendship with Persephone and is on good terms with most of the block.
Walt is an estranged member of the Imperial Family of the Vranic Empire through his father, the current Vranic Emperor.

History
Walt and the Prince have different mothers but share the same father: the Vranic Emperor. Walt is older than the Prince and higher in the line of succession than him.
History
They were betrothed from the age of thirteen to the age of about sixteen when they were set to be married. Walt's father, the Emperor, annulled the betrothel. Instead of being appart they fled for five years until they were captured. Their capture was thirteen years before the present day.
