'The Admiral' , Block B Jailer
The Admiral as an efeet Elven man in the equivilent of his later years. He is the Jailer for Block B. He is friends with Walt and has taken over duities in Block E in Walt's absence. He is a jailer but does not appear to be especially cruel or sadistic. He is also a bit of a coward as demonstrated during the mutant rat outbreak during Session 3.
