Viwarin Luler
The current leader of the Rose Steed Tavern where for the past 41 years he has resided. He is anxious and at times forgets to manifest his thoughts. He has worked deligentely to make the Tavern a place where poeple don't have to fear for their lives and live in contant fear of The Council. His is to create a truly community and, more importantly, overthrown the horrible system he knew so closely when he was a Colonel to The Council.
He is the one who sent our explorers into Azkeen to kill General Grýla , and who brought them over to the Tavern. Since then he has asked help of our adventurers twice: Once to help save Ingeborg when he stole a piece of Bonesteel from the Jórvik Mines, and another time when helping plan to finish the job at Jórvik and kill General Dúrnir. However when our adventurers came back with the good news of his death, Viwarin Luler became frantic and left the building. Soon enough it became clear he had left the Tavern and according to Lavignia he must've gone back to the Jórvik Mines.
Currentely the leader of Rose Steed Tavern; helped rescue our Adventurers from Azkeen after completing their mission.
