Kata Siperian
The capital and original city of Tisserian, Kata Siperian, the City of Light, is located in the Vale of Pelgarian at the southern foot of the Peaks of Alerikas.
Architecture
All buildings in the City of Light are constructed from white marble or covered in white plaster. As with all Tisseri cities, vines snake up the sides of the buildings making the city a sea of green and white.
