Kai Kairnun

The haunted city of Kai Kairnun was once a Neruan city. After the retreat of the empire it became an independent city state. Some time after Skyfire, the city's king became an undead servant of Siyr. Now Kai Kairnun is the greatest bastion of Siyr's disciples outside of Soryakhampai. The haunted city sits upon the isle of Agren in the river Gviryi. The city controls a great bridge over the river, the only place where the river can be crossed without a boat. As with Soryakhampai, the undead rulers of Kai Kairnun are served by the city's human population who provide their masters with blood and menial services. The city's populace speak Neruaan.
