The Dreamlands
There is a strange demi-plane that exists connecting all of the realms of Ethos to every point in every plane within the Elemental Sphere, whether Elemental Plane or fey Hemisphere, or material plane. This demi-plane is known as the Dreamlands because mortals can only access it via the dream-state. Gods and other Powers use it to communicate with mortals.
