The Ceasus
The Ceasus, or the "Gnollmarch," is a region on the northern frontier of the Principality of Ritilia. It, uniquely in Ritilia, is governed by a council called the Covalib.

Government
Governed by a council of several nobles. In their own right, each Covalibumi (Councilor) individually holds whatever other titles they have the right to (usually Estiadus), but when acting as a group, the Covalib has the same weight as an Awatcovus.
The Covalib was created in 1430 LE by Vonuscidus Arbuccolus, who named Terua Hip Pocrates, Teruus Corvus Sec, Teruus Mester Evergreeneth, and Teruus Felix as the Covalibumi.
Industry & Trade
The Ceasus is agrarian and pastoral. Very little trade passes into or out of the area. The folk living here support themselves by fishing, farming, and raising sheep and poultry.
