Ha-han
Some regions of the elemental planes recognize primary rulers who are higher in stature than others. They are called Ha-hans (that is, "Hans of Hans"), these Ha-hans rule over lesser Hans who owe them fealty. Ha-hans always owe fealty to a Kayif.
