Ar̂tetun City Government
The local government of Ar̂tetun is lead by an appointed official called an Eisabin. What is notable is that the Eisabin is not appointed by the Catbalus. Instead, the collective leadership of the Ivr̂ai, known as the Ivr̂ai Council choose the Eisabin to rule in their name.
The bureaucracy of Ar̂tetun is limited to the town watch, two magistrate judges, a collection of tax collectors and the Eisabin, who oversees them.
