Tact Ianwander
Tact Ianwander (a.k.a. Tact)
Tact is a wandering tiefling wizard. Cast out from his clan for breaking their law, he searches for redemption through five magical items lost to the Clan. Another option might be to find their lost city of origins from thousands of years ago.

Personal history
Tact belonged to a wandering clan of tieflings bearing the banner of the waxing moon. They had a chosen shaman in each generation, someone to make a pact with their Old One and become a warlock. Tact always wanted to be chosen, feeling drawn to magic, but his friend was chosen instead. Rather than give up, Tact became a wizard, learning illegally, on his own. Using spellbooks found in different ruins when exploring, he grew stronger. However, when the clan was attacked by drow, he was forced to reveal himself to protect him. He was banished, one horn cut in half. The Old One spoke through his friend, however, telling him of his means of redemption.
Now he has taken up map making as a means of living, travelling the land and searching.
When wandering around the east, north of the Talam, he was kidnapped while talking to a tiefling girl, who drugged him. He was brought to the necromancer Theirastra Amastacia's lair together with others, and althought meant to be a fresh body for the necromancer's old friend, he and the others succeeded in defeating her and the tiefling.
