Vyrantium’s origins and discovery are neither documented or known.
Everyday use
Vyranthium has been recently discovered to harness magic extremely well, potentially better than any other material known to Beaumont.
Industrial Use
At least one of four ancient magic cubes that possess immense magical power is constructed from Vyranthium and holds all latent mana from the now-exhausted mana vent beneath Scorpion Pointe. The hyper-advanced warforged unit named the Gazelle is rumored to be made at least in-part with this material and the rolling droid units under the command of the Deremitru are also made entirely out of Vyranthium.
Refinement
Vyrantheum’s refining process is not documented. Sanctuary Inc. discovered a Vyranthium forge beneath Scorpion Pointe which used mana vents and twenty-ton hammers to forge the material but have since decommissioned the forge.
