Woodrow Harding
Woodrow Clyde Harding (3rd April 1864 - 18th March 1957) was an Etorean locomotive designer who worked for both the South Western Railway and latterly the Railway Operating Division.
He was born on the 3rd April 1864 in Wilmot, Redwick to parents Jacob and Madeleine Harding. He was the second youngest of six siblings, though a seventh sibling had died at birth. He began working in 1879 at a local narrow boat repair works but later
