Orvil is the proprietor of the 'Verdant Deck' seasonal inn located in 3 River Town.
He runs the inn with his daughter Tyra.
He is kind hearted and known for letting impoverished adventurers stay free of charge until the end of the prime season.
The Verdant Deck is a Hobit abode dug into a hill facing the river. like all Hobit homes in 3 rivers, it has an airtight round door and a chimney on top of the hill.
Bestides the hill there is a wooden deck overlooking the river and a small peer down the slope on the riverfront. the food is being prepared in the kitchen withing the hobit holl, by orvil and is usually delivered by Tyra to the deck where tables are situated.
In wintertime, when the town's commerce is slowed due to the frizing of the rivers, the inn coloses and most of it's rooms are converted to storage.
