Black Haven

Description-a River port near the eastern border of the kingdom of Angmar, situated on the northern bank of the river Darkflow. The north bank is steep and gives rise to the iron hills. The south bank is relatively flat.

There is an uninhabited island in the river in front of Blackhaven.

The area is heavily forested

Controled by a vampire lord Ulric Silverbane - his estate is situated on the northern hills above the town

Home to the main branch of the organizations known as The Cabal of Oblivion.

The cabal is a secret resistance. In any given time most of it's members are 'silent'- their key memories are stored in the tree of remembrance.

Silent members go throughout their daily routines as citizens of Black-Haven and are completely oblivious to the fact that they are part of the organization as well as any traumatic events and people they've lost to the forces of evil.

Only 3 to 5 members are active in any given time.

Once in a while they gather everyone to a social event in front of the tree of remembrance.

There a special song is sung and all memories come flushing down.

There everyone is filled in on the current state of things, grief is collectively dealt with and new active members are chosen.
