Winfield Scott

Sir Winfield Scott was an American general and politician who served as the thirteenth Chancellor of America. Due to his constant service to the American military, he was inducted into the Order of Louis Ferdinand. During his tenure, he established a Prussian style education system under the insistence of Horace Mann, who became the first Secretary of Education. Following his time as Chancellor, he was named Earl of Manhattan.
