Prince of America
Prince of America is the male stylization of Princess of America. The highest level of prince would be Crown Prince, which would be the heir to the throne. The other sons of the monarch are simply styled as prince. When a new monarch ascends to the throne, the brothers of the new monarch are made Grand Dukes.
Many princes have been style with specific cities in their title. For example, Prince Andrew was styled as the Prince of Philadelphia. This is simply ceremonial, and the princess holds no governing power over those cities.
