Frederik I

King

Frederik I was the son of King Louis IV of the Kingdom of Holland. Frederik worked on the General Staff of the Dutch army during the Great War, even serving in Paris during the occupation of France.

Frederik oversaw the evacuation of the Dutch Royal Family to Suriname, where he founded a rival kingdom. He never renounced his claim to Holland.
