Geoscape Monitoring System
Iterated and developed by Areta and their team, the Geoscape project is SDI's answer to a privatized GPS-based mission control suite. Though it requires an entire room's worth of equipment, this tool has proven instrumental in counteracting Time Stalls, in terms of tactical visibilty. Unfortunately, it cannot pierce the anomalous veil enough to send high-yield data packets, but simple instructions or communication can be transmitted without much issue.
In field, the eyes of Geoscape vary, going from body cameras of agents and various sizes of experimental drones (small indoor recon drones all the way to strategic UAVs and satellite monitoring systems), including everything in-between.
The usual access point for operatives is a customized smartphone or tactical tablet, equipped with satlink sleeve (usually with its own hi-density battery) and backup military radio, although there's been R&D into more esoteric communicational integration.
In addition to that, Geoscape's closely integrated with reconsats and meteorological radars, primarily to detect forming Anomalous Storms and be able to automatically issue warnings as soon as formation is detected. In addition to this, monitoring of timeflow discrepancies between linked devices allows to detect Time Stalls with some degree of certainty, though it's not yet a surefire process.
To those familiar with SIR's SIGMA battle management system, the Geoscape would seem familiar, yet extremely distinct. While still keeping up with philosophy of being a sum of its parts (topographical layer, meteorology layer, map layer, satellite and drone integration, operative tracking and more) to provide the best view of the operational theatre to command and operatives, the Geoscape has to factor in an entirely new, supernatural, part of it and everything's focused on being able to work with it.
There are some suggestions that Areta Shima is looking into developing automated future-seeing ritual modules for Geoscape.
