A bland excuse for a cooked meal.
Produces 2 Cooked Meat   Ingredients:
- Raw Meat + Raw Meat
  Instructions: Boil or bake until crispy.   Effects: Suffer -1 Empathy for 1/2 day.

Bowl of Brown

If you plug your nose, it almost tastes like meat.
  Ingredients:
- Flour + Animal Fat
  Instructions: Stir vigorously to reduce chunks, serve hot.   Effects: None

Jelly Sandwich

It's almost perfect... just missing something.
  Ingredients:
- Bread + CrabJelly
- Rice + SkimmerSac
- Water + Rice + Sugarcap
- Water + Flour + CrabJelly
- AnimalFat + Flour + OkransKiss
  Instructions: Spread jelly on slice of bread. If you hear scrapping, add more jelly.   Effects: Gain +1 Strength for 1/4 day. Heals 1 Strength.

Twice Cooked Fish

Not to be consumed indoors.
Produces 2 Cooked Fish   Ingredients:
- Raw Fish + Raw Fish
- Bonerat Milk + Rice + Water
  Instructions: Boil or bake outdoors, nose plug optional.   Effects: Suffer -1 Empathy for 1/2 day.

Bread

Empires have been built on Bread.
  Ingredients:
- Flour + Water
- Sugarcap + Animal Fat + Animal Fat
  Instructions: Bake until golden brown.   Effects: None

Fish Soup

Who says fish soup "has to" be made of fish?
  Ingredients:
- Water + Fish
- Herb + Herb + SkimmerSac
  Instructions: Boil over low heat, stir regularly.   Effects: None

Twice Cooked Rice

Rice each day, keep the Garru sniffin' away.
Produces 2 Cooked Rice   Ingredients:
- Rice + Rice
- Grain + Crab Jelly + Animal Fat
  Instructions: Simmer over low fire. Cover until cooked.   Effects: Suffer -1 Empathy for 1/2 day.

Green Soup

Tastes good enough, yet somehow, you're left wanting.   Ingredients:
- Vegetable + Water
  Instructions: Simmer over low fire until vegetables soften, serve hot.   Effects: None

Fish Sandwich

A whole fish slapped between two crusty slices, crunchy, salty, rustic.   Ingredients:
- Raw Fish + Bread
- Raw Fish + Water + Flour
  Instructions: Place fish between bread slices, cooking recommended.   Effects: Gain +1 Agility for 1/2 day. Heals 1 Agility.

Twice Cooked Vegetables

Boil it, salt it, chew it, vegetables keep you marching.
Produces 2 Cooked Vegetables   Ingredients:
- Vegetable + Vegetable
- Animal Fat + Animal Fat + Animal Fat
  Instructions: Roast over open fire until blackened.   Effects: Suffer -1 Empathy for 1/2 day.

Tea

Soothes the soul and stomach.   Ingredients:
- Herbs + Water
  Instructions: Simmer over low fire. Filter out leaves.   Effects: Reduces Potency of consumed Poison by 1 for a 1/2 day.

Meat Sandwich

A thick slab of seared meat crammed in bread, simple, heavy.   Ingredients:
- Raw Meat + Bread
- Raw Meat + Water + Flour
- Gorillo Fat + Animal Fat + Animal Fat
  Instructions: Sear meat over high heat. Place between bread slices.   Effects: Gain +1 Strength for 1/2 day.
