Mental characteristics
Personal history
While growing up, she met in secret with her first lover, Mikael, who taught her how to fight with knives. When her parents found out about their affair, they had Mikael arrested and claimed he was raping her. While they merely wanted him to be exiled, he requested a trial by combat, where he was slain.
Wryn never forgave her parents for his death and spent the remainder of her youth with her uncle, Cyrus. Cyrus expanded on her weapon training, much against her parents' wishes. When Neil came to Caer Ruana and rose to become the Champion, she helped him feel more at ease at court, and eventually they forged a bond of trust and love that led to their marriage.
