Tenjin The First Kami
Tenjin the First was born from within the miasma of the universe, crafted by chance and powered by order and law. Tenjin has observed all of Time and knows All that has and is happening. He gifts mortals and Kami alike in secrets and hints to future events which he can accurately guess at. He only takes the form of a Hybrid Chromatic and Metallic Dragon.
